The Nanjing Road - Shop Til You Drop
The Nanjing Road is the main shopping street in Shanghai, and one of the busiest shopping streets of the world. The busy shopping district has been the center of Shanghai for more than a century. Nanjing Road is divided into two sections, East & West. The East Nanjing Road is primarily a commercial zone. The West Nanjing Road features a number of shopping centers, office buildings and the Shanghai Exhibition Center.
Nanjing Road is the worlds longest shopping district which measures over 3.75 miles and has over 1 million visitors daily.

The Bund - The Cosmopolitan District
The Bund is one of the most famous tourist destinations in Shanghai. “Bund” is pronounced to rhyme with “fund”. The word “Bund” means an embankment and refers to the buildings and wharves that line the Huangpu River which runs along the western side of this area.
Seeing The Bund in daylight is one thing, to see The Bund pictures at night when the all of the buildings are flood lit is truly spectacular.

Yuyuan Garden
Yuyuan Garden is located in the center of Chenghuangmiao in Shanghai, China, and is one of the most lavish and finest Chinese gardens in the area. The garden was build in 1559 by Pan Yunduan. Yuyuan Garden took almost 20 years to build, and was an effort by Pan Yunduan to please his father Pan En, a high-ranking authority in the Ming Dynasty.Yuyuan Garden occupies an area of 5 acres, and is divided into six general areas.
- Grand Rockery featuring peaks, cliffs, winding caves and gorges
- Heralding Spring Hall
- Inner Garden - rockeries, ponds, pavilions, and towers
- Jade Magnificence Hall - furnished with rosewood pieces from the Ming Dynasty
- Lotus Pool - with a zigzag bridge and mid-lake pavilion
- Ten Thousand-Flower Tower
Garden areas are separated by “dragon walls” with protruding gray tile ridges, each ending in a dragon’s head.
